5-mile
ramble led by journalist Nick Channer. Meet 10.30am,
recreation
ground car park, Paines Hill, Steeple Aston. Across country to Rousham,
Lower Heyford, and lunch at The Bell. A leafy stretch of the
Oxford Canal leads back to Steeple Aston by the Rousham
Eyecatcher. Maximum 20. Book walk & lunch

Goring Walk
6-mile Chiltern & Thames walk
with
journalist Nick Channer, taking in the Goring Gap, Brunel's railway,
wooded hills, and an evening pint at a local pub. Meet 3.30 at Goring
Public Car Park (by Catherine Wheel pub). Free.
